Using iTunes/Podcast Links

Downloading a playlist allows you to setup a complete workout. To build your own custom workout program, go to the "My Workouts" tab on your account page and select the "Custom Programs" option.

Once you have built a custom playlist, you can download the entire video set by clicking on the or buttons at the bottom of the player.

If you have iTunes installed on your computer, clicking the iTunes button will open the application and import the video podcast directly into iTunes. You can then sync with your iPod/iTouch/iPhone and view the entire video series on that device.

The "POD" button will download a generic video podcast feed, which can be used in many applications. Refer to the documentation for your mobile device or application for specific instructions on importing a video podcast.

What is a Podcast?

For those unfamiliar with the term, a podcast is an audio or video recording that you broadcast to others over the internet. Downloading complete video podcasts in advance gives the user the ability to play the video podcasts offline on, for example, a mobile device. Each of our podcasts is a feed that contains information about all the videos in a particular video set, and this allows mobile devices or other applications to automatically download all the videos in the set in one step. What is iTunes?

iTunes is a digital media player application, used for playing and organizing digital music and video files. It allows the user to manage audio and video on a personal computer, acting as a front end for Apple's QuickTime media player. iTunes is available as a free download for Mac OS X, Windows Vista, and Windows XP from Apple's website.
