To download a video to your device using iTunes version 7.0, please follow these steps:

1. Save the video to a location on your computer.
2. Connect your iPod to your computer and open the Apple iTunes application.
3. In iTunes, select "File" > "Add File to Library." Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Open".
4. Select the "Movies" tab.
5. Check the "Sync movies" box.
6. Click "Apply."

To download a video to your iPod using iTunes version 6.0 or earlier, please follow these steps:

1. Save the video to a location on your computer.
2. Connect your iPod to your computer and open the Apple iTunes application.
3. In iTunes, select "File" > "Add File to Library." Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Open."
4. In iTunes, select "Edit" > "Preferences" > "iPod" > "Videos" > "Automatically update all videos". Click "OK" when you're done.

To download a video to your Blackberry, make sure that you have the Desktop Manager Software loaded on your computer, a SD card (memory card) and your USB cord to attach the phone to your computer.

Next, please follow these steps:

For your PC:

1. Save the video to a location on your computer.
2. Launch the Blackberry Desktop Manager software that came with your device and plug the usb cord into your computer and phone.
3. Select the "Media" option from the main menu.
4. Or if you have multiple media options available, select the "Media Manager" option.
5. In the Media Manager, select "File" > "Add to Library". Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Add".
6. Click "Split View" in the toolbar to view your Blackberry folders.
7. Drag the video file to the "videos" folder in your Blackberry.
8. Disconnect the USB cord and go into your media icon on your phone to view the videos.

Or for MAC:

Next, please follow these steps:

1. Save the video to a location on your computer.
2. Launch the Blackberry Desktop Manager software that came with your device and plug the usb cord into your computer and phone.
3. Open your finder menu and select BLACKBERRY from the left hand side.
4. Click the Blackberry folder and find Video folder.
5. Drag and Drop the video files from their saved location to the Video folder.
6. Disconnect the cord and find the media icon on your phone to watch the videos.

Downloading videos means that the videos are copied directly from the web to your computer or phone. It’s great for saving the workouts on your computer and transferring them to different devices like your phone.

Also, the videos play even if you don’t have Internet or WI-FI, just hit play and it’s a smooth viewing experience. Just be sure to erase videos off every once and a while so your memory on your computer or phone doesn’t become full. Don’t worry; all the videos are available in your Top 10 Workouts account page still.

Streaming videos means that the videos are playing live on your device as it downloads. It’s great because you can skip ahead or go back. Also, you can watch the videos instantly. You don’t have to wait for the downloading process to put them on your computer.

Lastly, they are not stored in your memory. However, make sure that you are in an area with a strong Internet or WI-FI connection or the videos wont play.

You have not downloaded the entire Podcast.  iTunes will only play or sync what has been downloaded.

To make sure the entire Podcast downloads from your custom workout, go to View in the menu bar. Switch to "as List" on the iTunes menu. Hit the drop down button so the triangle points down. Then click on the "Get All" button. The rest of your video collection should begin downloading. Watch in iTunes or sync to your iTouch or iPhone.

The attachment might be too big for your mobile carriers allowance. Try using the option to attach it as a lower resolution file ideal for phones.

If that doesn't work, email yourself a link of the video instead and open it on your phone.

Sorry, but that's a no-go. If you don't have a phone with video player, you cannot workout with Top 10 Workouts on your phone.

However if you have a iTouch, iPod or Mp4 player with video capabilities, it will be no problem to play your workout videos. You can sync the videos directly from your iTunes or stream them.

Also, you can also always watch your workouts from your computer!

The time on each video will vary. On average, each individual video is about 1 minute to 3 minutes long.

On average the individual video files are about 2MB-10MB each.

However, if you choose a lower resolution video file, (ideal for viewing on your mobile device) they will be much smaller between 2MB-4MB.

Downloading time for the videos all depends on your phone, network and carrier.

For many newer Smartphones like an iPhone or Blackberry on a 3G network, download times of a single video will take less than 20 seconds.

But, if you are on a slower network such as 2G or have an older phone, download times may take up to 5 minutes.

To overcome the longer download time, you can simply sync the videos you have downloaded from the computer to your phone. You can do this by using the software and usb cord that came with your phone, or taking the SD card out of the back of your phone and plugging it into the computer. Now you can directly sync the same workout videos to your phone without long download times.
